WARRANTY
All products sold by GiGaInternational.com, unless otherwise stated, include a warranty either provided directly by the manufacturer or through GiGaInternational.com. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer; please find the information by brand to read details.
Fenix LED Flashlight
WARRANTY:

The products have a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable. Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty performance.

RETURN POLICY:

1. To alter, deface, modify or in any way change the products will not qualify for the warranty. Do not disassemble the sealed part in the head of the flashlight.

2. The input voltage of the Fenix flashlights is 0.9-1.5V. Do not use other inappropriate batteries (especially 3.6V lithium battery) except AA/ AAA Alkaline or Ni-MH( (Nickel Metal Hydride) battery; it may cause product damaged.

REPAIRING:
If you should ever need your Fenix flashlight fixed, please contact us before you send the products to our company. We provide repair service for free; however, you will be charged for replacement part(s), shipping and insurance fees.
RETURN POLICY:
No RETURN once the package is opened due to electronic items, restocking fee may be applied for return. We would offer FREE REPLACEMENT within 30 days of purchase if the product has manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please contact us as soon as you receive the product(s).
JL Mobil Audio
WARRANTY:

All products sold at GiGaInternational.com are 100% authentic brand name, brand new products (not factory-reconditioned, unless otherwise stated.) Since JL Audio does not support Internet sales*, the products purchased from GiGaInternational.com are not covered under JL Audio’s warranty program. However, to ensure our customers receive quality merchandise, GiGaInternational.com provides FREE REPLACEMENT warranty for a period of 30 days from the purchase date to against manufacturing defects or shipping damage. The merchant warranty offered by GiGaInternational.com is provided for initial buyers only, which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) and is not transferable.

Please note: damage caused from improper installation, abuse or equipment incompatibility is not covered by this warranty.

*Regarding "No Internet Sales Policy", two main reasons analyzed as following:
1. Internet Sales breaks the rules that infringe other dealers’ territories by shipping the goods to the regions or other countries directly.

2. Online sellers break the price structure designated by the manufacturer, the consumers do not pay the certain prices; as a result, the manufacturer loses the control of binding a market.

All items up for sale are 100% authentic brand name, brand new (not factory-reconditioned) products. All products come with 1 year limited manufacturer warranty and DOA. FREE REPLACEMENT for a period of 30 days from the purchase date againsts manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
