Q: What are the features of your furniture and your online store? A:One of the special features is that our products are made of selected genuine solid wood, panels & real wood veneers only- Absolutely No particle board, No fiberboard/MDF, No vinyl-paper pressed board. Q: Does the furniture come built or do I put it together when it arrives?
A: Most of our products are assembly required - very clear step by step instructions with drawings are enclosed. You can find the information from the description on each individual item regarding the assembly.

Q: Why are your prices so low? Is your merchandise brand new?
A: All items are brand new production shipped directly from the factory to our NJ warehouse unless they are specified "opened box condition". We can sell at such low prices because we buy in bulk! We import directly from factory by container load for wholesale & online outlet then ship directly from our NJ warehouse to our customers, so customers can save up to 70% vs buying from the retail stores.
Note: Our OEM direct import program not only offers great savings for our customers, but it also takes much less time to deliver to your door.

Q: I really like your furniture but cannot afford to buy a new one. Do you sell opened box/refurbished units? A: Yes. Open box/refurbished units are 30% off of the original price (include S/H/I). Most of the parts are brand new; the top may have slight scratches / dents due to shipping but all will be filled / touched-up to be as close as the brand new condition. Available in NJ warehouse now- will take about 5 days to prepare the shipment by UPS.
Note: Refurbished units have a limited inventory; please contact us for item availability.
Q: How do I place an order online? A: Click on Order & Shippingfor complete instructions. Please be sure to complete the required information of the order form to secure your order. For your protection, please do not send cash for your payments.

Q: How do I determine the shipping charges on my order? A. Shipping/ handling/ insurance charges quoted and included in sale prices on our web site are for the U.S. 48 Contiguous States by UPS Ground Shipping. Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A. It depends where your order is being shipped to. No sales tax except for NJ which is 7% sales tax. Orders shipped to NJ will have 7% sales taxes added to your total order charges.

Q: What shipping service do you offer? How long for delivery?
A: Most orders are shipped by UPS Ground Service; oversized packages such as bed room sets will be shipped by truck provided by a leading national company to residential address with delivery notification. The carrier for shipping to APO & FPO addresses is USPS. Please allow 1-5 days for delivery across the Continental U.S. from our NJ warehouse: From NJ to nearby states, 1~2 business days
to southern/central area, 3~4 business days
to mountain/western states, 4~5 business days
Note: Normally, when payment is confirmed before 2:00pm EST, the item will be shipped out on the same day.

Q. Will Gigainternational.com ship to an international address?
A: We do ship Internationally. Import duty & local customs clearance services will be on Importer (=buyer). Fees for Duty or Value Added Tax (VAT) are different for each country and will be calculated by your country's Customs Agency. These fees are not included in our price and may be collected by your country's Customs Agency upon delivery to you.

Q: Do you ship to APO & FPO addresses? A. Yes. We do ship to APO or FPO addresses; however, some packages are too large to be accepted by USPS (USPS is the only carrier shipping to APO & FPO addresses.) Please contact us for the availability and shipping surcharge for the item(s) your are interested. :

Q. How can I track the status of my order?
A:As soon as an order is checked out on our web site, you will receive an email notification regarding your purchase. Once we schedule the shipment, the UPS tracking number(s) will be provided by email. (It's the reason that we ask for your email address in check up process.)

Q: Is it possible to view the items and pick them up directly to avoid shipping costs?
A:Absolutely. Our warehouse is opened to the public Monday thru Friday 9 am-5 pm, Saturday closed, Sunday 10am-12pm- by appointment only. Please call 973-808-8678 to check item availability. Local picking up can save UPS Shipping / Handling /Insurance costs - please see our location:Map&Directions.
A: Unlike other outlet stores that often claim "sales final", our outlet offers a 30 day warranty. You may return the item within 30 days of purchase, and be refunded for the item cost only by pre-paid freight return to our NJ warehouse. Q. What happen if we receive the item with shipping damages?
A:Customer satisfaction is our priority. You will be offered free replacement within 30 days of purchase in case of manufacturing defects/shipping damages.
